Liz and I have to thank you for all that you have done; you literally saved us from a potential new home disaster. You were readily able to distinguish a beautiful home from a plethora of hack jobs; poor excuses for newly constructed houses thrown-up by implausible builders-not only attempting to get top dollar but frequently perpetuating intractable arrogance; insisting that their butcher job was 100% acceptable.

You inspected 4-5 homes for us, and not only did we receive the benefit of your unique expertise; I also learned what to look for, or more importantly what to look out for. From poor land grading to poor construction design, it has been an enlightening experience for me overall. When I drive by houses now, I glance at the construction and have an immediate concept of the home’s quality. That in itself is an accomplishment as I am one of the least handy people you know!

A house is the investment of a life; probably the largest purchase most people will make. If we had not utilized your services, we would have made a huge financial flop.
